OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered at reception or by email (Prescriptions@GP-B84019.nhs.uk) at reception or by post and will normally be available after 48 hours. Re-order slips are provided for your use to minimise error. If using email please ensure you quote at least two indentifiers (ie date of birth, postcode, patient number, first line of address etc) so that we can deal with your request. We are happy to return prescriptions by post if a stamped addressed envelope is enclosed with your request. Some chemists provide a delivery service, which is free of charge. Please plan ahead for your prescriptions, taking account of holidays, as 48 hours' notice is required for ALL requests.

Note: we do NOT accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.

Repeat medications must be reviewed regularly and you may be asked to attend the surgery for a review before further medication is prescribed.
